Also, any documents that she received or any conversation we had with the court system, I was informed immediately. She would brief me extensively on the current state of the case and my options going forward. When the trial was schedule I had all faith in her as a quality attorney. My original court date was set prior to obtaining Barbara’s services, she still was prepared for the court appearance. The plaintiff was unable to attend the first court date, so Barbara took action and spoke with the court officials and had it changed. On the day of the trial, Barbara was courteous and on time. In addition, her services in the court room was second to none. Although she had never appeared in this particular court district, she seemed right at home. After conferring with the Plaintiff’s attorney, Barbara made no decision without talking with me privately. I felt like this matter would actually get resolved, even after all this time. She did well for us on a case which presented a lot of non-traditional issues and last minute changes/developments.
