I'm truly grateful for gemma ,I was in a VERY difficult custody case in fact 3 other attorneys declined to take my case because they felt that i was already on the losing end but then i found gemma she took my case even though she new how hard it was going to be , but she fought so hard and she never... gave up she ultimately gave my children and myself the outcome that we were seeking from the start , it was so heartfelt and refreshing to see a attorney that did her job out of passion for helping someone in need not just for a paycheck , she's a strong ,informative,passionate attorney and a genuine good person , she kept me informed every step of the way she advise me and guided me throughout the process,I never felt lost , she relived the stresses and anxiety that I experienced in this ordeal , but what was the most important to me is that my children voices no longer was silenced due to my past mistakes , she made that happen for my family she believed in me when no one else did

Gemma is a lifesaver and one of the kindest persons I have met in my life. She helped me get out a situation, which was causing me, mentally and emotionally, disturb for weeks. She took my case as her personal matter. Worked dedicatedly and wholeheartedly with me until it resolved on a pleasant note ...for me. Without any doubt, I am deeply impressed by her professionalism and feeling myself very lucky that I contacted her. Gemma was assertive from the consultation all the way thru to the end of my case. I was able to retain custody and legal decision making as needed. She was able to adjust to new developments throughout my case, and there were many. Gemma is always on top of things. If there was a two week deadlin...e to file or prepare a document, she would have it ready for signature the very next day. Calls and emails re: the case were returned within minutes unless she was in court with another client. Gemma is personable at times but not so much as to interfere with the work at hand. This can be a huge benefit considering the nature of divorce and family law. I doubt that every attorney would take the time to discuss anything outside of the case. The only advice I have to offer is; Take a break/vacation Gemma! You work very hard and deserve it. Pricing is fair and I would definitely recommend. In fact, I already have but my acquaintance had already retained an attorney.

I highly recommend Ms. Fenimore. She is an excellent communicator, tenacious, and realistic. She knows the law well. She holds herself and other parties accountable to the finest of points while never losing sight of the big picture. She works well with judges, which is really important given the rap...id turnaround of judges on the family law bench (in four years my case has seen eight different judges). I cannot recommend her highly enough.
