Very professional, lots of relevant experience

Arturo is a very experienced professional who has worked in law for many years, both in private practice as well as handling federal cases (as a federal prosecutor, if I remember correctly?). Arturo provided me with a consult one two different matters (family/estate law, criminal law) and has take...n care of business each time, getting precisely the outcome that I had wanted.

Kept me out of jail

Mr. Menendez saved me from a very unfortunate situation in which I found myself looking at a felony charge. Mr. Menendez was able to keep me out of jail with only a misdemeanor which allowed me to keep my job as well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that finds themselves in need of legal he...lp.

Saved me

Unfortunately, I have known way too many criminal lawyers in my adult life (I get into a lot of trouble). So, I know what to expect out of a criminal lawyer. Arturo is a high end class act. He was constantly working motions in my case. I could tell that it kind of wore the prosecutor down after... a while. The prosecutor finally caved and coughed up the misdemeanor I was looking for instead of the 5-years prison on a drug beef that was initially in the offing (the product was found in my car and I was the only one inside!). I happen to know the clown that wrote the “one star” review above. A total waste of humanity that blames everybody (except himself) for everything. Anyway, Arturo can really manipulate the system to the client’s advantage. Hopefully I will learn this time and go back to making 14.00 per hour forever so I will never have to face prison. But if I don’t learn and need another criminal lawyer, Arturo will be my guy.
