I paid Amy to process three trademarks for me. In the beginning I was able to reach her although her responses weren't timely I was understanding and just wanted updates. She told me everything was filed. I checked the website and saw that one of the trademarks was showing "dead". When I contacted her to inquire about it she said the trademark office had rejected my request. A few months later I contacted her to find the status of my remaining two and never got another response from her. A month later (this past week) I was in DC and decided to contact the trademark office myself. They informed me that the dead trademark happened because Amy never responded to their attempts to contact her to complete the paperwork, also the other two were never even filed. I now have no trademarks and i am out of the money she charged me to do them. I have referred multiple people to her and I now feel terrible that I left them in her hands. More important than the money is the time (over a year) that was wasted and the fact that she carried this lie the entire time.

I endorse this lawyer. As a former judge, magistrate and prosecutor over the past 24 years, I can tell you that she is an exemplary attorney. I would recommend anyone and everyone for her services. There is no better decision that you could make.
