I had her do my trademarking for my company. She charged me $1,000. Out of that $1000 she provide nothing. Here it is a year later and nothing. She won’t respond and I believe she block me from her phone. It’s very disappointing that I am a small business and she basically robbed me. To think I thou...ght I was helping another small business, because I thought that’s what we do, but obviously that’s not her. I’m so upset. She’s bullshit do not hire her. A waste of money and time. Now I have to repay and start all over again.

I paid Amy to process three trademarks for me. In the beginning I was able to reach her although her responses weren't timely I was understanding and just wanted updates. She told me everything was filed. I checked the website and saw that one of the trademarks was showing "dead". When I contacted he...r to inquire about it she said the trademark office had rejected my request. A few months later I contacted her to find the status of my remaining two and never got another response from her. A month later (this past week) I was in DC and decided to contact the trademark office myself. They informed me that the dead trademark happened because Amy never responded to their attempts to contact her to complete the paperwork, also the other two were never even filed. I now have no trademarks and i am out of the money she charged me to do them. I have referred multiple people to her and I now feel terrible that I left them in her hands. More important than the money is the time (over a year) that was wasted and the fact that she carried this lie the entire time.
