I recently had to use the office of Amy and her assistant Mark and let me just start off by saying they were great! I caught a horrible speeding ticket (more than 85mph) as well as a turning signal violation and was thankful enough to find this office within a 3 day period from my court date. Their h...ospitality was beyond generous and they worked quickly and efficiently within the amount of time I gave them. I am a resident of NYC and had the privilege of doing everything through email, seeing as though they took care of it all. Besides how comfortable they made me feel, they were wonderful representatives too. My ticket was knocked down TREMENDOUSLY to a two parking violation and a small court fee. I am beyond pleased with the services Amy and Mark have provided and would recommend them to anyone in the area or just passing through, getting in trouble, such as myself.

Ms. Counter helped me to gain surplus funds resulting from a foreclosure I had gone through. She explained everything and really held my hand through the process. Going to her office was always a pleasure, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. It turned out that I had approximately $30k just s...itting in City Hall and I truly never would have known otherwise. I couldn't be happier.

Not being local, I was exploring my options after getting a speeding ticket in Amherst. There is obviously no shortage of traffic attorneys in the area, so I initially put together a list of attorneys in the area and started calling each of them to figure out which one to hire.
