The other party that hit us from behind lied on her police statement; and because of her false statement, her insurance compa...ny (progressive) had enough to fight not fully at fault. Just remember insurance companies are not out to lose money, do not rely on a settlement check to get you rich, and let ur attorney do the best he can to get you the best possible settlement. Again dont rely on a check and pretend you are hurting if you really arnt. If you are hurt then get better over time, if not, in the words of our former president Obama "pick yourself up, dust yourself off" and continue working hard for your money.
