From start to finish Albert Cabrera explained all the details and processes that would happen with my case. He explained that he would get me the correct care under the best doctors, get my vehicle fixed to original form and get me a settlement I was happy with! All of these things he made happen and... very grateful for the time he and his staff put in to get me a great settlement on my case!

At first we felt lost not knowing what to do to address our injuries and damages to our new car. Mr. Albert Cabrera immediately put us somewhat at ease and told us he had been assigned to our accident case and informed us he would be interacting with us throughout the time the case was being worked. ...After completing some necessary forms, we were immediately scheduled for medical exams and therapy and our car was sent to the body shop. After completion of therapy, we were informed there would be a period of time that there would be no communication directly with us as that would be the time actual work would be performed on our behalf. A few weeks passed and information calls resumed, explaining what was taking place. Bottom line is that we could not be any more satisfied with the care, professionalism and settlement provide by Mr. Cabrera and his staff.

Did great in handling my case involving motor vehicle accident, involving bodily injury. My family and I still came out losing because our vehicle was fairly new and paid off. The other party that hit us from behind lied on her police statement; and because of her false statement, her insurance compa...ny (progressive) had enough to fight not fully at fault. Just remember insurance companies are not out to lose money, do not rely on a settlement check to get you rich, and let ur attorney do the best he can to get you the best possible settlement. Again dont rely on a check and pretend you are hurting if you really arnt. If you are hurt then get better over time, if not, in the words of our former president Obama "pick yourself up, dust yourself off" and continue working hard for your money.
