At first we felt lost not knowing what to do to address our injuries and damages to our new car. Mr. Albert Cabrera immediately put us somewhat at ease and told us he had been assigned to our accident case and informed us he would be interacting with us throughout the time the case was being worked. ...After completing some necessary forms, we were immediately scheduled for medical exams and therapy and our car was sent to the body shop. After completion of therapy, we were informed there would be a period of time that there would be no communication directly with us as that would be the time actual work would be performed on our behalf. A few weeks passed and information calls resumed, explaining what was taking place. Bottom line is that we could not be any more satisfied with the care, professionalism and settlement provide by Mr. Cabrera and his staff.
