Albert Cabrera

I would say that Albert was always 5 steps ahead of everything that was going on in my case also in regards to the adjuster from the other insurance company. Mr. Cabrera always kept me informed with all the updated information in a great time frame he was very polite very professional and fought hard... especially when I felt the adjuster was not fair in compensationwhat. He fought to the fullest to give me everything and my daughter everything he felt we deserved as victims and clients. Always the paperwork were filed in a very fast paste manner. If Mr. Cabrera was unavailable I would leave messages he would respond very quickly never had me waiting to answer a question for along period and always answer to the best of his abilities. He also would call just to check on my daughter and I to see if we were all right or if there were any questions that we had. I would HIGHLY recommend him as a lawyer. I believe that in my case we received the Justice we deserved so a big thanks to Albert Cabrera.

Did great in handling my case involving motor vehicle accident, involving bodily injury. My family and I still came out losing because our vehicle was fairly new and paid off. The other party that hit us from behind lied on her police statement; and because of her false statement, her insurance compa...ny (progressive) had enough to fight not fully at fault. Just remember insurance companies are not out to lose money, do not rely on a settlement check to get you rich, and let ur attorney do the best he can to get you the best possible settlement. Again dont rely on a check and pretend you are hurting if you really arnt. If you are hurt then get better over time, if not, in the words of our former president Obama "pick yourself up, dust yourself off" and continue working hard for your money.
