Case against a prepaid debit card

I would highly recommend Mr. Thomas to anyone. He took my case on contingency against a pre paid debit card after they held my Social Security Disability money for a month. I had no access to my money or my account. i had no money, no food, couldn't pay my rent or my bills. Blake was so easy to work ...with. One email and he was off to work. He got me a settlement in just a few months and keep me informed all the way thru. Thank you, Blake!!!

Very unprofessional

I came across Mr. Thomas's website and read over the FAQ to learn more about their service. I had some questions that weren't answered but the site said they won't have a call with you (and would be happy to do so) unless they qualify you first, so I took the time to fill in the case evaluation. ...I received a scripted response soon after, saying they were referring me to someone else, but this new company asking me to agree to and proceed with their services looked the same as the first, and was still operated by the same person, Mr. Thomas. I replied to the email asking what was going on and if someone was going to contact me but I received no response. Having been scammed by businesses like the one I was reporting and even by legal practices (that were later shut down for malpractice), I wasn't going to sign some contract with some random company over the web entitling them to large fees (that weren't clearly explained) without having even spoke to a real person or received a message that wasn't automated or scripted, so I decided to hold off. For the next several days I received multiple automated "action required" emails from them, asking me to send my account information so they could proceed with the demand letter. I called the office, but it's just an automated voicemail and I did not receive a call back. I reply to their latest email telling them I tried contacting them and had some questions, and they responded shortly after with a scripted explanation of their process. Then I noticed they had sent another email literally a minute after saying that my case did not "meet their profile," without any explanation. Confused, I replied reminding them that they had already requested me to agree to their terms and submit personal information. I received no response. A few days later, I tried to follow up again via email and received a single sentence back saying "We decided not to accept your case." No explanation, no apology. Thanks for wasting my time. I recommend others find someone more professional and organized who actually cares and respects clients.

We require all new case submissions to be made online first. If a case meets our profile, we are then happy to schedule a call to discuss further. In this instance, the reviewer was simply upset that we decided not to take his case based on the facts he submitted.

A Man of his Word.

In May if 2016 myself and others were affected greatly by a pre paid debit company when they were trying to merge. After several attempts of trying to contact and attempt to some type of resolution, was f recommended to contact Blake. I admit at first I was leary, but who wouldn't be after you have ...had your paycheck literally disappear and many failed attempts to a reconciliation. With no money to retain he took my case and kept updates every week or sooner if need be. Always responsive and upfront and honest. He was true to his word and I personally feel that he went out of his way to help and also updated thru emails and social media.. I was so worked up honestly thought I would never see that paycheck and be able to recover my losses. He made sure that he explained every detail even if some thought it was minor. He had all of us plus other clients. Fortunately our outcome was on a positive note. Even if it wasn't his professional and mannerisms were well above the call. TEAM BLAKE ALL THE WAY.

5 Stars Excellent Representative

I contacted Consumer Fraud Legal Services and received a timely reply regarding a credit card/bank that had tied up my funds and not processed anything and were not going to be accountable for causing undo pain, anguish and almost causing me to lose my apartment. Consumer Fraud Legal Services kept me... updated every step of the way in the process, informing me of what was going on, what to expect and when. The few emails I sent, were promptly answered. When they received the settlement checks, they informed me, when they were sent and when to expect it. My check arrived on time, with an itemized invoice for services rendered. I didn't expect to collect very much at the beginning, and I am pleased at the amount received. I would highly recommend Consumer Fraud Legal Services, they have been reputable, open and honest, in dealing with me. Their part of the settlement was earned. They settled the dispute quickly and worked at it, while keeping me informed. After I turned the matter over to them, I stopped worrying, stressing, and stopped being angry that the people that did this would not be held accountable. Now they have. I can't say Thank you enough. 5 Stars is not enough. Double that to 10 Stars. I really appreciate all you and your Team have done in this matter. Thank you, Renae
