Blake's professionalism was evident from the very beginning of our engagement. This guy agreed to take my case and sent a contract that stated he’d receive 1/3 of the money recovered. That’s fair enough, then it said he was able to get up to another third for fees such as postage, it was over a $5000 case. Given the situation I figured I’d ask what the other fees were and I did... it in a polite way so I could better understand. The next thing I got was a withdrawal. You can’t trust a man that doesn’t want you asking questions before you sign something. The fact of the matter is these cases are handled with a couple quick letters and phone calls, he’s making like 10k an hour. He isn’t out to protect or help any of the little people being screwed by credit card companies. I’m the victim of a fraud, luckily I was able to get a hold of the attorney general. If you’re the victim of a crime and can prove it there are federal laws stating that you’re protected from theft, and that there’s a certain burden of proof they have to achieve to show you weren’t. Don’t contact him, contact the state attorney general office first, chances are he’s getting paid for something you could do yourself. They’ll represent you for free and if they won’t, ask him a question if you don’t understand something and watch him drop the case. I’ve never seen anything like that before but it was one of the most incredibly shady things I’ve ever heard of, even if his pricing is fair expecting your clients not to ask questions is wrong.

When I had an issue with my debit cards, Mr. Thomas handled it when I wasn't sure what to do next. He explained what to expect and stayed in contact with me.
