Really Helpful
AmEX froze my account after I placed a fraud claim. They told me the unauthorized charge of $700 was "authorized". I called PayPal (the merchant that charged me) they investigated and found it to be a fraudulent charge. They told me that AmEx never even called to investigate the charge. I contacted B...
