I had fraud on my American Express card and I found his services online and reached out to the company and Alan responded quickly. I gave me step by step instructions on how he would be able to assist me with my claim. It was a quick and painless process. He stayed in communication with me throughout... the while process. I am definitely grateful for all of his help.

My login and card was hacked and everything was taken from my account. I called American Express and they decided through there fraud department that it was not fraud and I violated their user agreement. I didn't know what to do so I searched online and found Blake. American Express Serve ( please stay away from their debit and prepaid cards) did not want to reimburse me money that was stolen from my account on their online banking from another user that has an account from them (seems simple enough) they claimed that ...it was not fraud and would not give me my money back .. They really put me and my family in a bind but I found Blake and he delivered.... (I deposited my check and it’s still pending but I it all seems very legit ) Stay away from American Express SERVE

AmEX froze my account after I placed a fraud claim. They told me the unauthorized charge of $700 was "authorized". I called PayPal (the merchant that charged me) they investigated and found it to be a fraudulent charge. They told me that AmEx never even called to investigate the charge. I contacted B...lake Thomas to help me because AmEx began to treat me as if I was a criminal. He helped me settle with American Express. Not only did they unfreeze my account and return ALL my money (even the $700 from the fraudulent charge), he was also able to get me a settlement on top of that. He did all this in less than 60 days.
