In May if 2016 myself and others were affected greatly by a pre paid debit company when they were trying to merge. After several attempts of trying to contact and attempt to some type of resolution, was f recommended to contact Blake. I admit at first I was leary, but who wouldn't be after you have ...had your paycheck literally disappear and many failed attempts to a reconciliation. With no money to retain he took my case and kept updates every week or sooner if need be. Always responsive and upfront and honest. Consumer Fraud Legal Services kept me... updated every step of the way in the process, informing me of what was going on, what to expect and when. The few emails I sent, were promptly answered. When they received the settlement checks, they informed me, when they were sent and when to expect it. My check arrived on time, with an itemized invoice for services rendered. I didn't expect to collect very much at the beginning, and I am pleased at the amount received. I would highly recommend Consumer Fraud Legal Services, they have been reputable, open and honest, in dealing with me. Their part of the settlement was earned. They settled the dispute quickly and worked at it, while keeping me informed. After I turned the matter over to them, I stopped worrying, stressing, and stopped being angry that the people that did this would not be held accountable. Now they have.
