I contacted Consumer Fraud Legal Services and received a timely reply regarding a credit card/bank that had tied up my funds and not processed anything and were not going to be accountable for causing undo pain, anguish and almost causing me to lose my apartment. Many of us belonged to a Facebook group (Walmart Money Card Exodus) because of the 'crashing' of the Green Dot system. Walmart wasn't taking our phone calls. Green Dot was publicly denying anything was wrong. Thousands of people were left with money disappearing, no access to money, debits that we di...dn't do, and direct deposits getting eaten by the overdraft charges caused by Green Dot. This went on for more than a month. Some people were evicted, some had no food, a few children ended up in Emergency Rooms because of the lack of oxygen treatment machines and medicines, and several were left without utilities because they couldn't pay the bill due to lack of access to their money. I had a problem with green dot and i contacted this lawyer,he said he would take my case,when ever he needed info for proof i was affected i sent it to him,and everything i sent show i was impacted,i got updates and everything on the case all the way up to the day to settle then i get an email that ...say i been drop i did not respond ,but i have all emails saved ,that i sent everything he ask for,five month i am setting here thinking i will get back some money i lost behind green dot glitch

Blake Thomas is A serious professional. He explained every step of the process acuratly and executed them effectively. In short he did exactly what he said he would do and in a very short time frame.
