Child matters

A’ja Simplis is the best and I would truly only recommend her. She will exceed any expectations you have. I actually was recommended to her after being in the middle of a child support matter which was turning out to be a disaster. I thought my case was in turmoil before she represented me. The previ...ous lawyer who had been representing me almost made me feel like child custody/ support was one sided especially in my situation where my job could have me unpredictably moving at any time. So I had to fire that previous firm because the effort was not there, it was almost as if the other party was bullying us into all the terms. Visitation rights, Child Support cost, joint parenting decisions, joint custody, everything was heavily lob-sided until Mrs. Simplis took over my case. What’s incredible about Mrs Simplis is even when 50%-60% of the time when my job had me occupied she was working over time detailing everything not only that I wanted but that she saw would or could help me. She educated me on things I knew nothing about and took her time to really provide the best for me. Not only did she provide me with all I never thought I could get but equally both parties are very happy. Without the detailed and extreme work from Mrs. Simplis I could very much still easily be in a difficult child support/custody matter!

Incredible Work Ethic and Amazing Outcome

Mrs. Simplis represented me on a very contentious move-away, one of the most difficult family law situations. Every time we had to file something (which ended up being a lot), I was amazed at her work - she was extremely thorough, had exceptional attention to the details and nuances of the case. I a...lways knew she was listening to me because of the work she produced. In addition, she had to cite case law to support our side and it was clear that she would spend hours researching and writing. In the end, we won. At the beginning, she was optimistic but didn't make any far out promises; she was realistic but worked so incredibly hard to get the job done. And, probably the best part of working with Mrs. Simplis was that it was clear that she really, truly had the best interests of the children at heart. She is a person of very high integrity and I cannot recommend her enough.
