Great help !

Mr. Tolan assisted our Family though a myriad of issues regarding a trust. Was able to contact very easily via e-mail and phone to assist with many questions. Usually responding within a matter of hours. Greatly recommend.

Restoration of Firearm Rights & Traffic Offenses

When I was young and not so wise, I did some things that found me on the wrong side of the law. I owned up to those mistakes at the time which were High School pra. I pleaded guilty and was awarded a Felony conviction for my stupidity. 35 years have past now and I have not been able to purchase or ow...n a gun, for hunting, self defense, or plinking. The laws have recently changed and it is now possible to "Restore Firearms Rights". Aidan and I took this journey together and he was caring, patient, and on point through the whole process. His communication was fantastic. His assistance to help me personally can not be reiterated enough. Our meetings were always on time, and he explained the complex processes thoroughly and executed exactly as the Justice System requires. Aidan also assisted me with a minor traffic offense, that saved me valuable time and a favorable outcome. I fully trust Aidan to help me with any future legal needs I might encounter. I 100% recommend him if you need legal assistance.

Quick and Outstanding response

I wrote a mail regarding a 5 year old ticket I got in Wake county on one fine Wednesday night 10.30 pm and I got a response from Aidan in no later than 15 minutes! I was so happy with his reply where we explained in detail the overall cost and time line. He is so well aware of the procedures and very... much knowing what to do to get the best result for the client. I am very happy that I got my case handled in 4 days and he was able to convince Judge to get me lesser punishment. The good thing is I don't have to attend the court as he handled everything. Lastly since I needed my license to be instantiated in no time I required him to stop by DMV and make the payment. He was so happy to do that without charging any additional fee. He is awesome and very trustworthy to help you out in any situation. i definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a quick legal service.

Competent and Knowledgeable Legal Professional

I retained Mr. Toland on two separate occasions and had excellent experiences both times. Listened to my situation, explained my options and the process, and handled both cases at a fair price. Was professional, responsive, and savvy in negotiating one dismal and another settlement. Highly recommen...ded; I will not be bothering vetting another attorney should the need arise in the future.
