Awesome Lawyer, Straight Shooter

Aidan was direct with what he could do for me. I was charged with reckless driving in North Carolina. He explained the charge and how the courts in NC work. He also expressed is limited knowledge of Virginia, in which I greatly appreciated because he could have told me anything. He is easily to work ...with and honest. I would highly recommend his services to family and friends.

Affordable, experienced Attorney

I received at least 20 mailers for attorney's after my daughter was in an at fault auto accident. I called Aiden because I could tell by his letter, he wasn't with a large firm and I could receive personalized attention. I called him, he was personable, professional, had a great sense of humor and we...nt over the options on how he would handle her case. I hired him and he was very affordable. He also almost ALWAYS answers the phone and will follow up immediately if he misses your call. He went to court for my daughter and had all of her tickets dismissed with no points nor insurance increase. I highly recommend Aiden.

excellent attorney

I've had the pleasure of using his Services a few times and he's always been very fair and honest with me did a great job with my defense, of a few trafic tickets. I highly recommend him.

Restoration of Firearm Rights & Traffic Offenses

When I was young and not so wise, I did some things that found me on the wrong side of the law. I owned up to those mistakes at the time which were High School pra. I pleaded guilty and was awarded a Felony conviction for my stupidity. 35 years have past now and I have not been able to purchase or ow...n a gun, for hunting, self defense, or plinking. The laws have recently changed and it is now possible to "Restore Firearms Rights". Aidan and I took this journey together and he was caring, patient, and on point through the whole process. His communication was fantastic. His assistance to help me personally can not be reiterated enough. Our meetings were always on time, and he explained the complex processes thoroughly and executed exactly as the Justice System requires. Aidan also assisted me with a minor traffic offense, that saved me valuable time and a favorable outcome. I fully trust Aidan to help me with any future legal needs I might encounter. I 100% recommend him if you need legal assistance.

Superior service

Mr. Toland provided a knowledgeable, no-nonsense service. He approached the case with enthusiasm and followed through until the outcome was attained. He persevered in the face of obstacles which were very frustrating to me, and put me at ease with his positive attitude throughout. He intervened on my... behalf with several agency officials who were not interested in my welfare, and he was supportive and confident when I was doubtful. I am very pleased with his professionalism and support.
