Affordable, experienced Attorney

I received at least 20 mailers for attorney's after my daughter was in an at fault auto accident. I called Aiden because I could tell by his letter, he wasn't with a large firm and I could receive personalized attention. I called him, he was personable, professional, had a great sense of humor and we...nt over the options on how he would handle her case. I hired him and he was very affordable. He also almost ALWAYS answers the phone and will follow up immediately if he misses your call. He went to court for my daughter and had all of her tickets dismissed with no points nor insurance increase. I highly recommend Aiden.

Honest, trustworthy and professional

Excellent representation by a highly professional lawyer. Mr. Aidan Toland was able to get my speeding violation reduced to a lesser non moving violation charge. The fine and court costs were greatly reduced and in addition My insurance premiums will not go up. Great lawyer, he does exactly what h...e says he will do!

Aidan did an excellent job with my case. My traffic ticket was several years old and and I was worried about high late fees. Plus the fact that I have tried to take care of this ticket before and always seemed to run into problems about the "court never receiving my payment" He managed to actually sa...ve me money and took care of the issue in a timely matter. Even after the paper work was not processed by the court he went back 2 weeks later no questions asked. He is very knowledgable and gets the job done. I would recommend him for anyone who has any traffic or legal issue big or small.

Quick and Outstanding response

I wrote a mail regarding a 5 year old ticket I got in Wake county on one fine Wednesday night 10.30 pm and I got a response from Aidan in no later than 15 minutes! I was so happy with his reply where we explained in detail the overall cost and time line. He is so well aware of the procedures and very... much knowing what to do to get the best result for the client. I am very happy that I got my case handled in 4 days and he was able to convince Judge to get me lesser punishment. The good thing is I don't have to attend the court as he handled everything. Lastly since I needed my license to be instantiated in no time I required him to stop by DMV and make the payment. He was so happy to do that without charging any additional fee. He is awesome and very trustworthy to help you out in any situation. i definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a quick legal service.
