Ward M. Merdes

I was in a car wreck caused by another driver. The other driver's insurance almost immediately offered me a settlement amount for personal injury contingent on me signing that I would not sue or make any future claims. He had reviewed everything, accident report, photos, my statement, insurance documents, etc. He was quite straight forward. About a week after our first telephone conversation, he called me just to follow up and see how I was doing.
