I am a lifelong Alaskan, married for 38 years and have 2 adult children. I grew up in Southeast Alaska where I worked as a fisherman and logger before becoming a lawyer. These experiences help me understand the very real problems my clients face regularly.
Over the last 36 years, I have handled cases all over Alaska and represented clients before the state District Courts, state Superior Courts and the Alaska Supreme Court, as well as before the Alaska Worker'sCompensation Board. In addition, I'm admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United State Supreme Court and the United States Claims Court.

I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Elliott on multiple matters and know him outside these cases as well. Elliott is a zealous advocate for his clients but is also reasonable in his positions and interaction with opposing counsel. I firmly believe Elliott is a five start attorney.
