Biography
I am a lifelong Alaskan, married for to the same woman for 44 years, have 2 adult children and two grandchildren. I grew up in Southeast Alaska where I worked as a fisherman and logger before becoming a lawyer. These experiences help me understand the very real problems my clients face regularly.
Over the last 44 years, I have represented clients before all the courts in Alaska; State District Courts, Superior Courts and the Alaska Supreme Court, as well the United State District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I also practice before the Alaska Worker'sCompensation Board. In addition, I am admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court and the United States Claims Court, both of which are located in Washington, DC.
