Excellent Lawyer

David has excellent analytical skills and is able to reduce a large volume of esoteric legal information into comprehensible information. This helped me tremendously as David provided counsel on a very complex litgation matter that resulted with very favorable results.

Mr Gross is a skilled attorney. I recommend him.

Mr Gross is a skilled attorney and litigator. He wins because he is reasonable. I’ve engaged Mr. Gross on a number of complex commercial issues over the years and he has always offered thoughtful direction in thorny situations. I recommend him without reservation. Where he can bring more specific dom...ain expertise to the table, I found his firm to be extremely responsive and reliable.

Complicated Positive Outcome re: CON in Alaska

Passion for his practice area, and master of excellence as an expert, and fosters a high level of commitment to his work. He understood our objectives, and advocate on that basis (not on the law in isolation). He worked the problem, advised and provided us the ability to understand the problem (the... law), which in turned gave us confidence to make good decisions. He took complicated law and made it understandable. Ultimately, he brought us to conclusion with a positive outcome.

David is the definition of excellence and professionalism. He has provided invaluable guidance, advice and legal support for our small Alaskan tourism business, and David has done so in a timely, super responsive manner. If you want a thoughtful, dedicated, responsive lawyer, David Gross is your man!

David Karl Gross Review

Over the course of the last ten years, as the Vice President of Legal Affairs for several different entities, I have retained David Gross for representation in a wide range of matters. David is one of the most responsive, intelligent and service oriented lawyers I have had the opportunity to wo...rk with - always cognizant of the balance of outcome and the economics of litigation. He is forthright, honest and genuine, taking whatever time is necessary to impart confidence to his client. David has many years experience of subject matter expertise in complex litigation, products liability, personal injury (from both the plaintiff and defense standpoint) and insurance law. I have worked with him in each of these arenas and am never disappointed. In addition to his legal expertise, David is sensitive to the cost of legal services which is critical for all clients, particularly in these economic times. He finds innovative ways to bring resolution to matters in a thorough, fair, expedient and conscientious fashion. He is a keen negotiator and has successfully mediated, as well as tried, a number of cases on my behalf. I have worked with many attorneys over the years and hold David in the highest regard on all levels.

Relationship: Co-worker

"David is simply one of the best personal injury attorneys in the state of Alaska. I have been working with him for over ten years. In that time, I have watched him take on cases worth millions of dollars, trying them in court if necessary. His grasp of litigation, insurance, trial strategy, and expert testimony is exemplary. From my experience, these cases require a keen mind, a cool temperament, and a real passion for helping the client. David has all these attributes. As a bonus, he is also a pleasure to work with."
