I was referred to Mr Vollertsen by several of his peers the referral was based on his knowledge and skill pertaining to my situation. I soon realized that what I was getting far exceeded the recommendation. A true professional and one who cares. Thank you Richard!

I have known Rick for nearly 20 years in connection with his representation of catastrophically injured children. "I have known Richard Vollertsen for over 15 years. I first met him when we were on opposing sides of a case. Later we had occasion to work together on several cases, most recently on two very difficult complex pediatric brain injury cases. Mr Vollertsen distinguished himself in several important areas. First, he showed exemplary concern for the clients and their families. By that I mean her really cared about their welfare, more than any attorney that I have ever worked with. Truly, the attorney fees were a secondary matter for him. In addition, he has a prodigious work ethic and is a gifted lawyer when it comes to understanding the medical aspects of injury cases. He digs out the details and works at them until he understands them, then continues to work at trying to simplify the medicine so a jury can understand what went wrong and how the injury could and should have been prevented. He is unafraid of trial and is willing to stand before a jury if the case requires it."
