My family and I had a wonderful experience with Kelley and Canterbury. From the first contact they were professional, personable and accommodating. They set up an appointment promptly and were already prepared for our first meeting. They were very aggressive with the other party, made sure compensati...on was fair and that we were comfortable with the outcome. They checked on us often and gave updates on a normal basis. I didn’t feel like just another paycheck with them. They treated us like real human beings with emotions and concerns. Micheala always took her time and made sure we understood what was going on. She was very precise and explanatory. She pulled no punches and didn’t sugar coat anything. They answered any and all questions and kept people off our backs.
