Excellent Representation!

On October 31, 2014 I was booked on a DUI and Hit and Run charges case. I looked up several attorneys for information and guidance for my case. A friend of mine referred me to Eric B Eisinger. I immediately called his office and talked with him and explained my situation. He explained my options ...and I was convinced that this was the lawyer for me. Just listening to Eric, I could tell he was a very sharp and educated lawyer. This wasn’t Eric’s first DUI case. So after my first court hearing it was pretty basic. I pled not guilty. Eric and I went to my house. For about two hours Eric went again over my options, and possible results of this case. I needed to file for a DOL hearing because I have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). These were all important topics. After that Eric and I sat down and got to know each other. More importantly Eric got to know me, which were important keys to building a stronger case. We shook hands and Eric looked me in the eyes and said after I receive all the documents from your case I will go to work for you and pick this case apart looking for flaws in the paperwork and getting my case dismissed or reduced to a lesser charge. Eric told me there are no guarantees. And I knew this. Anyways, Eric assured me he was going to put a lot of time into my case to go over it with a fine tooth comb. So Eric handled my DOL hearing. Before my DOL hearing, Eric told me there was some key components missed and not properly checked on the paperwork. This was huge for my case. Eric stated that he was 99.9% sure that my DOL case would be thrown out, but this was also up to the Department of Licensing. I will get back to this later. So on my final day in court I settled on a plea of guilty charge because Eric had been working with the Prosecuting Attorney for some time about my case. It resulted in a Neg Driving and the Hit and Run charges dropped. I was in disbelief. Later on that week Eric called me and said we won the DOL hearing. The case was thrown out because there wasn’t sufficient information to prove me guilty.

Council for a DUI

I contacted Eric regarding council for a DUI in the Tri-cities. In the initial meeting Eric answered all my questions and listened to my concerns, in addition, Eric gave me advice how to move forward during this difficult time. His legal knowledge of the Washington State laws governing DUIs was out...standing and critical to mitigate my problems. In reviewing the case, it was clear that his analytic capabilities and technical understanding of all processes was exceptional. His tenacity in reviewing all documentation pertaining to the case was essential for a positive outcome. At the trial Eric was able to communicate effectively and persuasively in my favor, when additional time was needed for the trial Eric revised his schedule to accommodate my needs. His staff was extremely supportive, friendly and responded quickly to any issues that arose. I am very fortunate that I was able to retain Eric and his staff for representation. I would highly recommend anybody having legal issues pertaining to a DUI to contact Eric. Thanks for your help Eric, I really appreciate it.

Best DUI representation in the Tri-Cities WA area

I contacted Eric to represent me in a felony DUI matter. Eric answered all my questions completely and thoroughly start to finish. I found Eric extremely easy to talk to. I never had any issues getting ahold of Eric or his staff if I had any questions or concerns about my case. The convenience of... being able to text and e-mail was great. Eric was very diligent in reading through all the documents pertaining to my case. Eric handled both the court side and DOL side of my case for a one-time flat fee. Thanks to Eric’s hard work and determination, I received a result much better than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend Eric to anyone facing a DUI charge.
