I hired Nick Jones over a year ago, because we are family friends with the Roaches. I hired him to expunge a misdemeanor. I call to check up every few months, and it takes about 5 or 6 calls that go straight to voicemail before i get a call back. Been about 14 months as of now and still no end in ...sight or any info on what is being done. I have already paid $1500 up front and haven't gotten anywhere. Definitely would not hire him again. It may not be his fault, but his secretary is making him look bad by not keeping people informed.

Nick failed to prepare for our court appointment and became confused when he did appear. It was though he hadn't read our file or just plain didn't care. Nick failed to notify us in a timely matter about court dates and documents needed to be filed. He faxed a request for information to be sent to h...im on a specified date and time. Unfortunately for us that specified date and time was seven hours before he sent the fax. Now we find he left his firm without notifying us or informing us of the new court date.
