He would personally call us too. We payed a flat fee and he never charged us a penny more, for 2 years worth of legal court dates and dealings. I hired Nick Jones over a year ago, because we are family friends with the Roaches. I hired him to expunge a misdemeanor. I call to check up every few months, and it takes about 5 or 6 calls that go straight to voicemail before i get a call back. Been about 14 months as of now and still no end in ...sight or any info on what is being done. I have already paid $1500 up front and haven't gotten anywhere. Definitely would not hire him again. It may not be his fault, but his secretary is making him look bad by not keeping people informed.
