My wife and I were truly impressed and grateful to Rowan Murdock for assisting us in updating our Living Trust and reviewing other components of our estate planning. She was a strong communicator that clearly and effectively made it easy for us to navigate through all updates we wanted to make in ...our living trust. At no time during the hour-long review did we feel rushed but she was a great listener and we accomplished all our goals in that short length of time. Traits that impressed both of us were her composure, concentration, confidence and knowledge of trusts. She provide provided specific guidance on trustee selection, share distribution to heirs, financial accounts within the trust and long term health care impacts on our trust. In all cases she answered all questions and we learned a lot that we will use to improve our value and use of the trust. We will never forget that 'after' our meeting she resolved an issue we discussed with a county auditor office regarding a warranty deed notary and notified us before the close of business the same day. We won't forget how good that made us feel also. She is an excellent attorney in our opinion and represents Moulton Law Offices in a highly professional manner.
