Harold Kent Prukop Jr

I am a United State Military Academy - ARMY-WEST POINT - graduate (Class of 1984), and I served honorably in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain, and then attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, graduating in 1992 with my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. I have been licensed since 1994 and focus my practice on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Elder Law, Probate, Conservatorships, and Guardianships. I prepare legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, Wills, Healthcare Directives to Physicians (also called Living Wills), Contracts, and Real Estate Deeds, and related documents in these areas of law. I also represent clients in Guardianship andn Conservatorship matters, and also in Will Contests and Trust and Estate Dispute litigation. I also spent about ten (10) years in the insurance and financial industry, so I have a unique perspective and knowledge about that industry as well. I have been a sole practitioner of Prukop Law Firm since its inception in 2013.

My office is located at 23403 East Mission Avenue, Suite 200, in the beautiful "Inland Northwest" town of LIberty Lake, Washington, just off the I-90 freeway, west of the Spokane River, and only 3 miles from the Idaho border. Although I typically meet clients at my offices, I am available to meet clients at a mutually convenient location when necessary. I PROVIDE A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION. I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with my wife, Anycia. I have two adult children. In my free time, I like to travel, hike, bike, ski, and basically stay active. I like to read, I like country music, and I love sports, especially football. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
