Ms. French obtained her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019, where she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Constitutional Law II and Family Law. As a law student, Ms. French worked for Ada County as a civil division legal intern. Most recently, Ms. French was a deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County.

Before attending law school, Ms. French earned her B.A. in history education and taught eighth grade English language arts.

Ms. French was raised in Idaho Falls and is proud to call it home. She is married to Alex French. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and binge-watching true crime documentaries.

Bingham County Attorney
Abigail worked with our office for two years. She was in charge of felony and misdemeanor caseloads. Abigail is extremely talented in reviewing the law, applying the law and she is fantastic at arguing the law in court. She is exceptional at reviewing cases and determining strengths and weaknesses. She did a fantastic job at prosecuting and she instilled a great confidence in our office. Abigail is a great attorney and she has a solid passion for doing the right thing and holding others accountable. She could always be counted on and she is extremely loyal to those she works with. It was a great pleasure to work with Abigail, she brings a giant value to the Idaho bar.
