Jason Russell Nelson

Jason represented my ex-wife, it was his first case fresh out of Law School. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the case and his doggedness for doing what was best for his client , it was then and there I decided if I ever need an attorney he would be the one I would hire. In the years that hav...e passed, there were times I needed an attorney, during consultation Jason would give me advice, looking out for my best interests. He would say, this is a matter you can take care of yourself and you can save yourself the fees. If you have any question you can call me and I'll get you through this. But if you want my services I will be more than glad to take care of this matter. One day while filing paperwork I ran into a Judge at the courthouse. During the conversation I asked the Judge who he thought would be a good attorney for a matter. The judge responded: "Jason Nelson. He won't waste your time and money. He doesn't waste my time with frivolous actions, like many attorneys do. I wish more attorneys were like him."

I hired/retained Jason Nelson as my attorney for a custody case.?Jsson ""my hired attorney" just to sure up the records! didn't do anything he said he was going to do... Jason Nelson is the worst attorney. He does not communicate whatsoever and if I try to call his secretary says he will call me back but he has not called me once in 4 months. He won't let you choose what you want the parenting plan to be, he will tell you one thing then write something completely d...ifferent and refuse to change it. I fired Jason Nelson after 4 months and my new one finished everything in 3 weeks for half the price! Do not use Jason Nelson if you want to have your case worked on, it will sit on his desk while you rack up a bill.

After going through two other big name lawyers here in town and spending $138,672 on my child custody battle because all they did was milk me for every dollar I was referred to Jason Nelson. Best decision I ever made. My only regret is I didn't know of him sooner. I have seen more results with him in... two months than in the last three years and haven't broken the bank in fact I'm amazed at how little it is costing me. He is a great attorney who always keeps me informed on the progress he is making. Thank you Jason!

Every time I call, the lawyer and Secretary make up excuses for not keeping me informed. He doesn't do what he's hired to do and refused to type up what I wanted in my parenting plan. I have had it with this lawyer, but can't even get a hold of him to fire him! I didn't feel like he fought for my bes...t interests,and all to the detriment of my children. Now my abusive ex-husband has 50 percent rights to my children, and as a result they are in therapy. If I could sue this lawyer I would!
