Jason Russell Nelson

Jason and his secretary were awesome! They were polite, responsive, organized, affordable, on time and kept me informed. My case went to court many many times and I won every time but once and that particular time was over my X getting the kids for that particular Thanksgiving! I attorney shopped and... interviewed probably 7 attorneys. I was recommended to Jason and finally decided he was the one and never once regretted it! Great attorney!!!

In my divorce case I was very impressed with Mr. Nelson. I several emails I complimented Mr. Nelson and his secretary, Cheryl. on their support and professionalism during a difficult time. That was in 12/17/17. In the final divorce decree the judge awarded me a Qualified Domestic Relation Order (QDRO...), for the sum of $41,000, which was to be transferred from my ex-wife's 401k into mine. I was ecstatic, but to this date the QDRO has not been filed, which I have paid for. I finally had to file a complaint with Washington State Bar Association on 4/5/2023.

I am shocked by the negative reviews. I was in a horrible custody case and as soon has Jason came on, the bullying and everything from the other side stopped. I do not know what I would have done if I was not referred to Jason. I have referred him out to two other people in the last year and they bot...h like him and say positive things about him. He WILL not drowned you in money! He is very caring. He knows his job! I have had to hire him twice now and having him as my attorney is a huge peace of mind. His secretary is amazing also! Jason's prices are amazing .I am a single mother with one income and like I said w/o him, I don't know what I would do.

Jason has been my attorney for the past 7 or 8 years. He has helped me with my complicated case and was always very knowledgeable and let me know what the judge would or wouldn't go for and 90% of the time the case went my way. He does have a lot of clients and that keeps him busy and I knew that so ...I would call and check on my case cause even though I hired him it's also my responsibility to see what's going on. I recommend him to everyone and a few friends and family continue to use him. He will also tell you if your wasting your money and on the case I'm working with him now has told me "don't go over $800 cause it's a waste of my money" I love him and his secretary. His secretary is extremely knowledgeable and can answer 90% of your questions with out talking to him. They are an amazing team and you won't go wrong when you hire him.
