Lack of communication

I hired Jason 4 months into divorce. At first he was very up front and explained things to me thoroughly about what to expect based on my case. Was good at communicating and returning phone calls and emails. Then about 7 months in when I started contacting him and telling him what kinds of terms I wa...s trying to get my wife to settle on, he didn't return calls and emails in a timely manner. When I told him "I dislike attorneys, nothing personal and to do his job", he was real butt hurt. So what did he do, withdrew the day before my pretrial 8 months into the divorce and only a week before trial. Unprofessional individual who thought he was going to be able to put my case on cruise control and do very little.

Amazing

Jason has been my attorney for the past 7 or 8 years. He has helped me with my complicated case and was always very knowledgeable and let me know what the judge would or wouldn't go for and 90% of the time the case went my way. He does have a lot of clients and that keeps him busy and I knew that so ...I would call and check on my case cause even though I hired him it's also my responsibility to see what's going on. I recommend him to everyone and a few friends and family continue to use him. He will also tell you if your wasting your money and on the case I'm working with him now has told me "don't go over $800 cause it's a waste of my money" I love him and his secretary. His secretary is extremely knowledgeable and can answer 90% of your questions with out talking to him. They are an amazing team and you won't go wrong when you hire him.

His First Case

Jason represented my ex-wife, it was his first case fresh out of Law School. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the case and his doggedness for doing what was best for his client , it was then and there I decided if I ever need an attorney he would be the one I would hire. In the years that hav...e passed, there were times I needed an attorney, during consultation Jason would give me advice, looking out for my best interests. He would say, this is a matter you can take care of yourself and you can save yourself the fees. If you have any question you can call me and I'll get you through this. But if you want my services I will be more than glad to take care of this matter. One day while filing paperwork I ran into a Judge at the courthouse. During the conversation I asked the Judge who he thought would be a good attorney for a matter. The judge responded: "Jason Nelson. He won't waste your time and money. He doesn't waste my time with frivolous actions, like many attorneys do. I wish more attorneys were like him."

Jason Nelson: More Attorneys Should Be Like Him

I am impressed with Jason Nelson as being very knowledgeable of the cases he handled He was very thorough and did his homework, and although he represented my ex-wife, he was very polite, likable, but most importantly he cared about his client. (For any future legal matters I want him in my corner!...) Hard working, nice guy, it's very obvious.

"I endorse this lawyer. He takes care of his clients, he's responsive to their concerns, he's knowledgeable in law and makes sure that his clients understand. His strongest quality is that he's a man of intergrity. Mr. Nelson is committed to his work, and demonstates this through the effort he makes for his clients."
