I was going through a divorce and used Jason for all of it. He and his secretary were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Jason represented my ex-wife, it was his first case fresh out of Law School. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the case and his doggedness for doing what was best for his client , it was then and there I decided if I ever need an attorney he would be the one I would hire. In the years that hav...e passed, there were times I needed an attorney, during consultation Jason would give me advice, looking out for my best interests. He would say, this is a matter you can take care of yourself and you can save yourself the fees. If you have any question you can call me and I'll get you through this. But if you want my services I will be more than glad to take care of this matter. One day while filing paperwork I ran into a Judge at the courthouse. During the conversation I asked the Judge who he thought would be a good attorney for a matter. The judge responded: "Jason Nelson. He won't waste your time and money. He doesn't waste my time with frivolous actions, like many attorneys do. I wish more attorneys were like him."
