I contacted Pat in a panic a few years back regarding an issue I had with the board of pharmacy. I can't say enough about how much he did not only to investigate every angle to help me but also the fact that HE TRULY CARED not only about the outcome of the case but about me personally. Nearly two y...ears after my case was resolved (successfully I might add as the potential was almost $35,000 in fines and I received a mere $200 fine), I had to contact Pat yet again for the same issue that another board of pharmacy decided to fine me for as well. Pat was incredibly helpful, very methodical and detailed in how he communicates. It made it easy to understand the info we needed. No big words and attorney lingo only they understand. He gave great analogies and weighted the risks with rewards. We ended up deciding it was not in our interest to move... forward with an attorney, against Pat's advice, after we actually hired him. I wish we had in hind sight. In the end, he still helped us with the issues that arose when he didn't have to. He showed complete concern and integrity even when he had nothing to gain and it was a minor issue to many. (medical bills that were already paid but they were coming back for more money) To the extent of looking up more case laws and calling us back to go over that info. I would hire him if you are wanting a smart, fair and compassionate attorney. He has proven to me that he is concerned with people and not the money no matter who you are or how big or small the issue(s). That is what made him stand out more than anything.
