One of the best!
For over 3 years I was embroiled in a complicated litigation as the Defendant. I met with Robert Hahn for a consultation. The first thing I noticed was the bold copy of the U.S. Constitution on the wall, as a honorably discharged Veteran it made me think Robert was the right Lawyer for me. After he reviewed my case, I was impressed right away with the fact that Robert was able to explain bankruptcy in a way that I could understand, based on my particular case. At one point Robert's attention to detail caught a payment issue that I had overlooked. Robert's staff was always attentive, courteous, and responsive. When I made the decision to fight the case Robert & Kathy made sure all the items needed were in place in case things went bad. Wouldn’t hire anyone else
Robert Hahn and his office staff are incredibly knowledgeable, super responsive and easy to work with. Obviously, when hiring an attorney many times it is a stressful time in your life. He spent a lot of time explaining all the details of how my case would proceed. I left the intial consultation feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Everything in my case proceeded smoothly and I am very happy with the result. Highly recommend Robert Hahn.

It was the easiest process I ever had when I filed my ch 14. Robert Hanh and his assistant was very helpful with all my questions and paperwork. They always checking on me making sure if I needed help with anything and till now if I need something there still there to help me out. I highly recommend them.

Robert and his Ladies are the best
Robert and his Ladies of the office helped my husband and I through a very difficult time. We were getting garnished and they got that stopped very quickly. When I asked questions about our bankruptcy they always answered and explained. Loved that.

Great experiance
My Wife and i had to close our plumbing business after not being paid on a couple of commercial jobs, We were refereed to Robert by a friend. Robert made the experience as good as it could be, was very thorough at explaining our options and made sure we came thru the situation with as much as possible. I would definitely refer any one i know in this situation to go see him for a consultation and hire Robert for there attorney.

Zero Hassle!
Rob handled a bankruptcy for me and everything went exactly like he said it would. He was able to get me out of an upside down house, eliminate credit card debt, and keep all of my personal property. He was always polite, friendly, and eager to answer my questions. His secretary and paralegal were always available in the rare instance he wasn't. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. I hope I never have to file another bankruptcy, but if I ever do I'm hiring Rob Hahn!

Rob Hahn is so helpful!!!!
I was upside down on 2 houses totaling almost $500K. Rob helped me eliminate almost $200K of debt with a Ch 13 bankruptcy. He answered all of my questions, was always available, and easily handled the creditor objections. His staff was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful. I am a very critical person and I can't think of one negative thing to say about Rob. I highly recommend Rob If you need a Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, or Immigration attorney. If you just talk with him for 5 minutes you'll see exactly what I mean. He'll bring you results and peace of mind!

Best Lawyer I Could Of Ever Chose!
I came to Robert in a critical time in my life. With their help and direction my Bankruptcy went smoother than I ever thought it could. Robert and Tiffany guided me through the whole process and almost a year later his advice led to my credit not being completely destroyed by a Bankruptcy like you always hear. Actually I'm in a better position today than last year at this time. I cannot thank him enough or write thank you enough times! Compassionate representation from an awesome law firm
I hired Rob Hahn to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy because I was in over my head with a car loan, credit cards and medical bills. The breaking point came when I was served with garnished at my work and was frantic because I couldn't afford to have 25% of my wages taken each week! I met with Rob on a Tuesday and he had my case ready to file by that Thursday, which saved my check from being garnished on Friday. He called my employer and let them know about the filing which was above and beyond, in my opinion. Even though I was an emotional mess, he was kind, compassionate and acted quickly to protect me from garnishment. I have referred my mom and sister to Rob and will tell everyone I know how awesome they are!

Robert Hahn did a great job for my chapter 13!
I came to Mr. Hahn because I was so tired of being behind the eight ball with my debt. I owned three times as much on my car as it was worth, my husband had been through many boughts of unemployment and gas prices didn't leave room for paying much of anything. After thorough discussion, we decided a chapter 13 would be the best solution for our situation, and he fought my car lender to arrive at a fair value for the purposes of the chapter 13. We are extremely happy with the end result ($12,000 off the payoff for my car!) and have recommended Mr. Hahn and his awesome staff to our friends and family.

His office made filing bankruptcy and easy process
In a time of difficulty for me and my family, we were forced to come to the point of filing bankruptcy, and although the concept seemed scary based off of what the people around me said, Mr. Hahn and his staff made the process seem easy by keeping me updated about everything. They always let me know what to expect next, so I didn't need to worry. Mr. Hahn is very knowledgeable and easy going. When I was at his office I didn't feel judged by anyone for what was going on in my life. He and his staff were always there when I had questions, which seems to be difficult to find at an attorney's office as well. I would definitely recommend the Law Office of Robert Hahn to anyone.
