Above and Beyond

I contacted Pat in a panic a few years back regarding an issue I had with the board of pharmacy. I can't say enough about how much he did not only to investigate every angle to help me but also the fact that HE TRULY CARED not only about the outcome of the case but about me personally. Nearly two y...ears after my case was resolved (successfully I might add as the potential was almost $35,000 in fines and I received a mere $200 fine), I had to contact Pat yet again for the same issue that another board of pharmacy decided to fine me for as well. In pharmacy, state licensure boards have the ability to reciprocate fines and other punishments based on rulings from boards in other states. I contacted Pat and he addressed the issue immediately. He once again did everything in his power to help me. I can't say enough how much he as put my mind at ease of the years and how I truly, truly appreciate all he has done for me. I have every confidence he would do the same for any of his other clients. This man is the reason why attorney's have a GREAT reputation. I would recommend him to anyone seeking the types of law services he provides. He's truly a genuine, caring person as well as a damn good attorney. Thanks Pat!

Thank you Dr. Kellie - I sure appreciate you and your kind words. I know customer service is a big part of your mother's business and your work as a pharmacist so your words sure do mean a great deal to me. I want anyone who reads this to know though that despite a pretty good outcome - I still believe you didn't even deserve that $200 fine! In any event, I agree, together we made a good team! Keep doing what you do - it is inspiring - to see you using all those years of intense study and experience to help deliver medicine to the sick here in our community.

I was very fortunate to have hired Attorney Patrick Fannin to handle my unfortunate dispute that eventually turned into a lawsuit. Mr Fannin Tried relentlessly to negotiate a reasonable solution between my company and the defendant. Mr Fannin was great at keeping me informed of all new developments... and was available to take my calls and/or return them promptly. The case eventually went to court and Mr Fannin was incredibly effective in his examinations and details in this case. After Mr Fannin was finished presenting my case to the judge the defendant's attorney had no chance and the judge ruled in my favor! Through this process I learned that attorneys like Mr Fannin can exceed expectations and abilities in their work ethics. If I ever need an attorney again you bet that I will be giving Fannin litigation a call! Sincerely, Owner of Bonham Investments

A Very low energy weak attorney

do not hire this firm pat will not fight for you.. I had a personal injury case with him with clear liability and very seriously injured, almost a year into my case, after insurance company gave a little resistance.. He dropped me as a client when I needed him the most.. also while having my case h...is firm did no investigations or work on my behalve besides collect billing. he bungled my case from the start.. I don't know if its because I'm African American but he showed no care for me or my case.. Patrick is a very low energy weak attorney who I guess settles his cases on mercy of what the defendants want you to have.. I am warning any male especially minority males do not hire this firm.. also the paralegal dawn white is absolutely erratic and belligerent when getting questions answered.. They act cool at first then it goes haywire... you do not want an attorney like this... as you can also see he hasn't had any reviews in years.. that should be telling... I was treated terrible.. I only spoke to him 3 times in a year .. he isn't up to date on his cases.. he is not living in the real world. he defends the defendants more than he does his clients.. the people who approve of his work are only colleagues and friends of his.... he will not fight for you especially if your a real person and have real issues, take head don't do it this firm is unprofessional and dosent care.. they get caught on your appearance how you speak and not the facts of your case yes I am a African American I deserve justice just like any other red blooded American.. I shouldn't have to feel less because of my race or appearance if you say your going to fight for some one you do.. you don't quit on a person when the going gets rough... pat if you don't like trust or feel comfortable with black people why take the case in the first place why waste so much of my time..

Dear Mr. Moore: I am sorry to read your review. I am driven by a deep passion to love and protect ALL of my clients, including YOU, regardless of their race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age and national origin. This is why I became an attorney and why, of all the types of law I could have chosen, I decided to dedicate my entire career to helping injured people. I sincerely wanted and continue to want the very best outcome for you. I wish you all the best and hope you obtain complete justice for you and your family. I hope you know in your heart from the time we spent together, including the long talk we had that day, many months ago, about our spiritual beliefs, that I am not a racist and genuinely cared about you and wanted to help you. My staff and I worked hard for about nine months, totally free of any charge, and in fact I personally spent a significant amount of money out of my pocket looking into your case. I am not at liberty to explain in this public forum why I withdrew from your case because it is vital that I keep my reasons confidential to protect you and to fulfill my oath of confidentiality. But, if you have any doubt as to why I withdrew, or sincerely question whether your race played any role, please review the lengthy letter I wrote you and the attached exhibits explaining my reasons. If you want to talk about it again, please call me. Even though we talked late into the night after I withdrew, if you are hurt or confused, we should try to resolve that. In either event, good luck moving forward. Many of my recent client reviews have been published on my web page: http://fanninlaw.com/spokane-personal-injury-lawyer-testimonials/

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
