I work for the attorney that owns building Mr. Platt rents so I am aware of legal happening but when it comes to FAMILY LAW im clueless. My fiancee and I have been battling with his ex for visitation with his son for over a year and frankly I was fed up with it so I gave Ben and Nia the run down on w...hat was going on and was willing to hire them. (Might I add we did have a high paid attorney represent us and we did get a good result however once it was said and done he didn't want to take the time to discuss the issues we were having after the fact she was not letting us have our son except when it was convient for her even though it went against the parenting plan we had in place.) They discussed our options and were very helpful, they shwed me how to handle it by ourselfs and if we needed to take further action they would be there, thankfully what they suggested worked and we havent had any problems since. I thank them for there help and legal and professional advice and know they are just not out after peoples money. I would and have reffered to them numerous times and would continute to do so.

The law office of Benjamin D Platt has been nothing short of excelent. My case has been no walk in the park with many issues that have been resolved with the knowledge that Ben and his assistant Nia posses. They both have responded in a profesional manor. My phone calls and emails are returned pro...mptly. Ben has won everytime I have had to apear in the courtroom. I now have a healthy visitation schedual with my children and child suport has been established fairly. She is very helpful and just like Mr. Platt has always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything on my case is taken care of and in a very timely manner. Benjamin Platt and Nia Chase are the most professional attorney team that I have ever had the pleasure to use, see, or hear of. They work together well with a great amount of knowledge and caring in their work. As an attorney Ben will talk to you in a language that you can understand and tell you t...he truth instead of blowing smoke. Nia Chase his paralegal is very fast and accurate in her job, knows what is going on and is always ready to help out on any aspect of the case that is needed. I can not say enough about them but if you need a good attorney Benjamin and Nia are the ones to get.

Look i've met some shady lawyers in my day but Ben is not one not one of them. Ben & Nia make a good team. You may not get ahold of them immediately but one of them will call you back by the end of the business day. I'm in a vicious fight with my wench-ex over my kids and the trial is far from over B...UT Ben & Nia have been there every step of the way to help me get thru this excrutiating & painful time. For the people above whining about Ben not calling you back, do you realize he has about 35 million other clients? Everyone seems to think their case is more important than anyone elses and this simply isn't true. The hardest thing about this entire process is learning patience. I am FAR from patient but it's a virtue and things will see them themselves thru in the end and with Ben & Nia's help.
