Responsive, Knowledgeable, Helpful
I asked Ms. Anderson to review some contract issues and provide some guidance. While these contract issues involved what many people would consider chump-change, the involved transaction likely has significant impacts on my financial future. I was looking for expertise but also needed an attorney I could trust. Ms. Anderson and her staff have proven to be prompt, helpful and very knowledgable. I especially appreciated Ms. Anderson's strategy, which was focused on providing the best results while minimizing the opportunities for conflict; she was truly interested in helping me in an effective and efficient manner. Lastly, Ms. Anderson demonstrated a mastery of her areas of specialty, both universally and related to the local legal environment, which were both highly beneficial for me, as the client. I generally have a low opinion of most lawyers but Ms. Anderson has affirmed there are still some good ones out there.

Administrative Professional
Ms. Anderson went beyond the normal residential review of documents. She quickly identified some severe issues relating to title documents and challenged other issues which would have otherwise gone unnoticed by another attorney. Additionally, she calendared the various events related to the transaction and sent me up to the minute updates. I unequivocably would recommend her to anyone involved in residential or commercial real estate. Ms. Anderson's willingness to go beyond the normal expectations we have of attorneys, was a breath of fresh air.
