Representation for Air Tech Abatement Technologies

My business partner and I started an Abatement company this last January, 2016. Our former employer then filed suit against us and we were introduced to Thad O'Sullivan. We had a consultation with Thad and liked his demeanor very much. We knew we were up against a very tough attorney and Thad was ver...y confident and eager to take case. Thad gave us incredible instruction during our deposition phase and we think that led to a settlement that avoided trial and worked in the best interest of both parties. Thad and the firm of Workland & Witherspoon is still our active representation and we have no thoughts of changing.

Thad O'Sullivan - Great Attorney with Practical Experience

Thad is a great attorney who has "real world" experience. He worked in the private sector (including in HR) before he became an attorney. Thad's understanding of the practical application of various laws and regulations that impact a business serve him well in providing legal advice and representat...ion. He handled several cases for me including personal injury (federal maritime / Jones Act) and worker's comp claims. Thad was tenacious enough to exhaustively search for pertinent medical records in one work comp case that had gone on for approximately 16 years, finding just what was needed to finally resolve the fictitious claim. I highly recommend Thad.
