I have a Professional Designation in Pesonal Financial Planning from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and tax training from a variety of sources, including H & R Block.
In 2005 I was named Senior Volunteer of the Year by the Wilkinson Senior Center and I received a Certificate of Recognition from the U.S,. Bankruptcy Court for having settled the case involving the largest amount of money during the 2005-2006 term.

Brian was the absolute worse attorney I have ever had. He is very lazy and doesn’t take the time to actually review each case. Oh and after all the money you spend, he will loose the case anyways. He is horrible! Do not use brain Sheppard.

Brian was easy to work with and most helpful in explaining the arcane language of estate planning. HIs fees are very reasonable and he is quick to reply to follow-up questions.
