I live in California and I work for the probation department as a case manager for drug court I was told out of the blue that I needed all of my felonies expunged or I could no longer have access to the probation system I was given Sean’s information by the public defender in Wenatchee Washington and let me tell you it was smooth sailing from the minute him and I had a conversation on the phone Not only was he super sweet and understanding and non-judgemental he was always responsive, quick and explained everything play-by-play Within two weeks my record is expunged and I am all clear now , felony free His prices are very reasonable and as I said I have never known a lawyer to be more responsive professional and super sweet in my whole life Thank you again for all you have done for me and my future

The criminal justice system can seem overwhelming and being charged with a crime can have many negative consequences.

I have been practicing for nearly a decade starting as a Rule 9 intern for a prosecutor's office during law school. After that, I worked as a prosecutor for over two years. Now, as a criminal defense attorney, I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained from being on both sides of the aisle in order to best serve my clients.

First time ever paying for a lawyer when needed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I hired Sean Esworthy for the restoration of my firearm rights. The reason I hired him was because the head clerk at the chelan county courthouse had suggested him and when I told her the price he quoted me for his services she told me I would not find a better price, about $500-$600 dollar’s cheaper than the going rate here In town. His receptionist was very helpful and Courteous and her and Sean made paperwork a breeze by giving the option to do so remotely. If I were to recommend anyone in town to a relative or a close friend I would recommend Sean Esworthy for legal representation.

very reasonable, professional and responsive

I got myself arrested over a weekend while in Chelan and ended up spending a night in jail in Wenatchee. I was arrested for assault 4th degree and interfering w/reporting DV. The following week after researching attorneys in Wenatchee I decided to reach out to Sean and after our initial conversation which he spent a fair amount of time talking with me at no cost I chose to go with him. His price was very fair and he was upfront about what I would have to go through regarding court. Each time I had questions or needed information he made himself available the same day to take or return my call and or email me back. He was well prepared, very professional and guided me through the process. In the end the case was dismissed at the pre-trial hearing and looking back I'm glad I went with him. I live on the west side of the mountains and would highly recommend Sean if you need representation in Wenatchee or surrounding area. Thank you Sean!

Resolved DUI Charge

Sean told me what to expect in the beginning and it turned out just like he said it would. My DUI charge was reduced to Negligent Driving 2 which I was happy with. The fee was reasonable. I recommend hiring Sean Esworthy.

Incredibly helpful

Way above expectations. He did an incredible job and was able to get me a SOC so my charge will be dropped in a year. I would recommend him to anybody in need of competent representation. If I ever need an attorney again, God forbid, I will certainly be calling Sean.

Hire this guy!!

I hired Sean for a DUI charge I received in Chelan. He was great to work with - and I am happy with the result. He was very clear & communicated with me quite regularly on the current status of our court dates and the overall process (quite a bit of rescheduling was done due to COVID-19). This was the first time I had ever worked directly with an attorney, and also the first time I had ever received a DUI. I felt less like Sean was "working for me" and more like he was a partner of mine, understanding where I was coming from and doing everything he could to ensure the outcome was one I was satisfied with. Court case during Covid

I hired Sean just before the Covid 19 Pandemic started. It was obvious that stay at home orders and the closing of the state offices to include the court systems was going to have a huge effect on the case loads backing up etc. Sean did an excellent job keeping me informed of what was going on with my case and how we would proceed with Court via video on Zoom. Sean got my charge reduced by a considerable amount and I am very happy with the outcome. All in All it was a win. Thank you Sean!

Great!

I hired Mr. Esworthy to vacate some old charges for me and he got right to work handling everything! All I had to do was sign some documents, which I was able to do remotely! Even during a pandemic he got the job done expediently and I never had to make a physical appearance once, everything was done through emails or over the phone.

Gun Rights. Doing a great service for citizens whom have bettered themselves.
