Best Lawyer experience every

I live in California and I work for the probation department as a case manager for drug court I was told out of the blue that I needed all of my felonies expunged or I could no longer have access to the probation system I was given Sean’s information by the public defender in Wenatchee Washington ...and let me tell you it was smooth sailing from the minute him and I had a conversation on the phone Not only was he super sweet and understanding and non-judgemental he was always responsive, quick and explained everything play-by-play Within two weeks my record is expunged and I am all clear now , felony free His prices are very reasonable and as I said I have never known a lawyer to be more responsive professional and super sweet in my whole life Thank you again for all you have done for me and my future

Excellent choice

Navigating the legal world is stressful and can seem like a foreign language to the unititiated. Luckily for me, I had Sean Esworthy working to absolve my name. He helped explain the legal system in a way that was easy to understand. In the courtroom, I realized how great of a decision I made while w...atching how the other lawyers interacted with him. Sean commands respect without asking for it. Sean is not boisterous or eager for a showdown. He is calm, calculated, knowledgable, and approachable. While, it might seem like a small detail, Sean was the only attorney in court who would hold a door open for his clients. Outside of the courtroom, Sean was always prompt in responding to emails and never left me feeling like I was on my own. I hope I never need Sean's services again but do not regret utilizing his help in gaining the desired outcome. He came highly recommended from other attorneys in the area and I too, while not a lawyer, would recommend him if you are in need of a solid defense attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
