I help my clients to understand and navigate the criminal justice system. I advocate for them to work towards achieving good resolutions.
The criminal justice system can seem overwhelming and being charged with a crime can have many negative consequences.
I have been practicing for nearly a decade starting as a Rule 9 intern for a prosecutor's office during law school. After that, I worked as a prosecutor for over two years. Now, as a criminal defense attorney, I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained from being on both sides of the aisle in order to best serve my clients.

First time ever paying for a lawyer when needed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Resolved DUI Charge
Sean told me what to expect in the beginning and it turned out just like he said it would. My DUI charge was reduced to Negligent Driving 2 which I was happy with. The fee was reasonable. I recommend hiring Sean Esworthy.

I hired Mr. Esworthy to vacate some old charges for me and he got right to work handling everything! All I had to do was sign some documents, which I was able to do remotely!
