I help my clients to understand and navigate the criminal justice system. I advocate for them to work towards achieving good resolutions.
The criminal justice system can seem overwhelming and being charged with a crime can have many negative consequences.
I have been practicing for nearly a decade starting as a Rule 9 intern for a prosecutor's office during law school. After that, I worked as a prosecutor for over two years. Now, as a criminal defense attorney, I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained from being on both sides of the aisle in order to best serve my clients.
Our firm serves the Chelan and Douglas County areas.
Give me a call at for a consultation. Do not delay. The government already has a head-start and time is of the essence.

Dui case dismissed
Sean Esworthy was worth every cent, my case was dismissed because Sean argued my original stop on weather or not it was good enough reasoning to pull me over. Sean was extremely professional, stayed with the facts and delivered! I live on the other side of the mountains, so it was a little stressful ...

Excellent under pressure.
I was in need of having my juvenile record vacated/resealed and was under a tight time frame of when it needed to be done.
