Collier is unprofessional and untimely. he constantly avoided my phone calls and would milk as much money as possible out of an uncontested divorce. His receptionist was always rude and nasty every time I would call with questions. She would belittle me, talk down to me, talk over me and then hang u...p on me.

If there was an option for a no star I would have done that. Justin was hired for a divorce and child custody. At first I thought I hit gold with him but weeks into it I found out I was wrong. I could never reach Justin on the phone or via email, when I did he was in a car with kids screaming in the ...background. Having Justin I lost my 3 kinds, kept my money that he should have paid me back and is now claiming I “owe him but he will eat that not to worry”. Don’t hire this man, he is worthless and will put you more behind and you will spend more finding a good attorney. DONT HIRE THIS JOKE!!!;

If you’re looking for an attorney who will fight for you, keep you informed, and genuinely care about your case—Justin Collier is not that person. Throughout my custody and divorce case, Mr. Collier consistently failed to communicate important updates, including hearings I was never informed about.... He never sent me Zoom links or documentation regarding critical proceedings, leaving me in the dark while decisions were made that directly affected my parental rights. There were serious lapses in judgment, and the timing of his actions often raised red flags—especially after significant events like court-ordered visitations. It felt like he was either completely disengaged or possibly compromised, considering the small-town dynamics and potential connections with my ex’s circle. For a case involving children and a two-year legal battle, you’d expect at least the bare minimum of responsiveness and commitment. What I got instead was silence, last-minute surprises, and the feeling that I was representing myself while still paying for an attorney.

He was recommended to me. So unfortunately I didn't do my research. But basically let the other lawyer walk all over him I ended up getting nothing I wanted in my divorce plus had to pay spousal support and she had a college degree. I do not have a college degree. So in my opinion he has no back b...one or balls.
