If you’re looking for an attorney who will fight for you, keep you informed, and genuinely care about your case—Justin Collier is not that person. Throughout my custody and divorce case, Mr. Collier consistently failed to communicate important updates, including hearings I was never informed about.... He never sent me Zoom links or documentation regarding critical proceedings, leaving me in the dark while decisions were made that directly affected my parental rights. There were serious lapses in judgment, and the timing of his actions often raised red flags—especially after significant events like court-ordered visitations. It felt like he was either completely disengaged or possibly compromised, considering the small-town dynamics and potential connections with my ex’s circle. For a case involving children and a two-year legal battle, you’d expect at least the bare minimum of responsiveness and commitment. What I got instead was silence, last-minute surprises, and the feeling that I was representing myself while still paying for an attorney.

I don't write reviews often but I am so pleased with Mr. Collier and how he has been and is dealing with multiple things for my husband and I. He is honest, thorough and flexible. I found his name coming up multiple times in referrals from our attorneys in Seattle so when we needed someone in Wenat...chee we went right to his office. We could not be more pleased with or appreciative of his professional representation.

I was looking at a lot of charges and a lot of time in jail. Overall I had 5 charges in which 3 were different assault charges. Justin took the time and effort to really understand my case and figure out what exactly happened. He was able to strategically approach my case and fight for my rights. He ...was very informative, responsive and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Justin in the Wenatchee area. All assault charges were dropped and I was charged with disorderly conduct which was sealed as well. Overall I had 5 charges and 4 were dismissed and the last one was sealed. Great Job and definitely the outcome that I wanted.
