Thank you Colin!

I hired Colin McHugh to represent me in a hearing to appeal the decision for unemployment. From the beginning Colin was hard-working, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. I am happy to say we received the outcome we were hoping for! The paralegal on his team, Taylor, was extremely nice and und...erstanding as well. 10/10 I would recommend Colin McHugh for representation in an employment case.

Excellent Attorney Providing Phenomenal Results

I hired Colin two different times due to previous employers trying to keep my commissions after I resigned. Colin was extremely knowledgeable and his communication was prompt and thorough. I was blow away each time I read his response to the opposing counsel. Both times I worked with Colin I receive...d my desired outcome without having to drag the process out and unnecessarily go to trial. I would definitely hire Colin again and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to swiftly win their case.

Knowledgeable with non-competes

I hired Mr. Mchugh to assist me in reviewing a very restrictive non-compete that I was under, not only did he take the time to thoroughly review the contract, he was able to assist me with insight and understanding of the legal terms in the agreement.

Most Appreciative

My fiance and I were in a pretty bad car accident last summer, and Colin and his team we're right there beside us from day one. They were extremely knowledgeable, always available at a moment's notice and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. Coliin McHugh represented us through an auto accident.

Last August we were in a disabled vehicle on the side of the freeway (waiting for a tow truck) and were struck by an intoxicated driver. This was an incredibly scary and overwhelming experience. Colin was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and... explained step by step how we would get through. I will use Colin for any future needs and would absolutely recommend him.
