I contacted Mr. Beaty based upon the recommendation of Yoder Chiropractic. I had previously retained the services of a different lawyer, And after much of nothing happening, I went with Mr. Beaty and his firm. I had no prior experience dealing with an auto accident, However Mr. Beaty made it clear fr...om the initial consult, He was more than capable. He covered everything and then some. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and went the extra mile to make an intolerable situation much better. Mr. Beaty handled the case in a most fastidious manner, He exceeded my expectations on all levels. If you have been injured due to an auto accident, This is the firm and most definitely the lawyer to represent you. I cannot say enough about Mr. Beaty and the entire staff. I acquired Mr. Beaty in my personal injury case because he did an excellent job several years ago in my last case. I know I could trust him again in this new injury case. And I wasn't disappointed. He did another excellent job.

Professional PIP Attorney – My First Experience Hiring Representation

Since this was my first time hiring an attorney I was a bit nervous about the whole situation, and didn't really know how to proceed. I was in an auto accident that was clearly not my fault, and just wanted to be properly and adequately represented. Michael Beaty was referred to me by a friend as a ...trustworthy person who had integrity. That was a plus. When we first met, Michael was very professional and fact oriented. He explained the process clearly and made sure I understood. I only had to meet with him a couple of times during the whole ordeal, and that was another plus for me, as my time is valuable. It was a painless process that didn't add any stress to an already stressful situation. I'm very satisfied with Michael's services and have already recommended him to a friend. Mr. Beaty was a great lawyer, he was very direct and truthful in the information given. He was personable and I felt like he genuinely did not want to waste time and was upfront with costs and issues that could arise. Thank you. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer.

A Fair attorney - we really appreciate that

We liked working with Michael. We would have liked to know a little more details upfront before the case was over since we never had any experience with something like this before. But overall we would recommend him to our friends and family. He was very fair and we appreciate that about him. He didn...'t take any unnecessary fees even at the end so we were happy about that.
