Pleasant to work with and very responsive!!

It was very pleasant to work with Michael. He was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Michael for injury and diminished value claims!

Car accident Insurance/Underinsured settlement

When I met with Michael Beaty he was polite, to the point,& very professional. He was honest and told me that it could be difficult. He helped me settle with the other parties insurance company (who hit me) and then negotiated with my insurance company for the underinsured coverage I have. The party ...who hit me was underinsured. I had dealt with their insurance company for a year and a half and was tired and exhausted from dealing with them. They would not tell me what his insurance coverage was and they offered to reimburse less than my medical bills. He was great. I did not have to sue anyone. He helped me negotiate with their insurance company and mine. I so appreciate everything he did. I highly recommend him if you’ve been in a car accident and are struggling dealing with the insurance companies.

Made it happen

I was referred to Mr. Beaty after being in an auto accident. I found him to be honesty on straightforward. I always knew what was happening and felt he had my best interest in mind. In the end Mr. Beaty ended up getting me a fair settlement and I was very satisfied with his work. I would definitely r...ecommend his service.

Straighforward, honest and fair

We were referred to Mr. Beaty after being involved in an auto accident. Initial consult was very thorough and we were not charged for it - he laid out all the facts and what our options were if we hired him. Mr. Beaty and his staff were very detailed with our claim and communication was very good. Em...ails and phone calls were returned in a very timely manner. Everything seemed very straightforward and what I would want in a good attorney. Mr. Beaty was very successful in fighting our claim, which resulted in what I think was the best possible outcome based on the agreed upon direction. I would recommend Mr. Beaty and would hire him again if needed.
